Our Story

In 2020, Jason Baxter decided to create a division of his company dedicated strictly to the construction of high-end spec, semi-custom, and custom homes, and Element Building Group was born. He has a passion for modern architecture, sleek design, & ergonomic building and wants to give each of his clients the home of their dreams.

Why Should I Build My Home With Element Building Group?

Jason Baxter has spent his entire life rooted in the Rutherford County building industry. Following in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps, Jason literally started from the ground up laying block foundations. After college, he took over the family business. Then in 2001, Jason became a construction manager for a high-volume, Middle Tennessee homebuilder where he was responsible for building hundreds of homes per year from start to finish. In 2007, Jason started his own company, Construct All USA Inc., which focused on multifamily construction, insurance restoration and commercial buildouts. In 2014 after being licensed in 11 states and exhausted from travelling, Jason went back to his Middle Tennessee roots and started construction on single-family and custom homes as his primary focus. At that time, infill in the Urban Core was his forte, and he developed and built several different Urban Core sites.
